Welcome to the Made By Mama website. By using the site or creating an account, you agree to use it honestly, lawfully and with care for other people.

Your account

Please provide accurate information, verify your own email address and protect your password. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has accessed it. One person should not create duplicate accounts to avoid limits or misuse shop features.

Accounts and loyalty points

You can sign in and shop immediately after signup. Eligible paid orders earn points only once marked Completed. Until email verification, points are provisional and cannot be redeemed. Verify within 30 days of signup to retain them. If still unverified at that deadline, provisional points expire and earning pauses until verification. Late verification allows new earning but does not restore expired points. Resending a verification link does not restart the 30 days.

Fair use

Do not try to break into, disrupt, scrape excessively, reverse engineer or misuse the site; upload malicious material; impersonate another person; interfere with checkout or stock; or use the site for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the shop or the service.

Our content

The Made By Mama name, logo, writing, photography and site design belong to us or are used with permission. You may browse and share links for personal use, but you may not copy or commercially reuse our content without permission.

Availability and links

We aim to keep information accurate and the site available, but maintenance, mistakes or interruptions can happen. External payment, social and information links lead to services we do not control. Their own terms and privacy rules apply.

Responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by misuse of the site, events outside our reasonable control or reliance on information that is clearly general in nature. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms when the site changes. Continued use after an update means the new terms apply from their stated date. Questions are always welcome through our contact page.
