Terms of Service.

Thanks for choosing Made By Mama. These terms explain what happens when you place an order with us. We have kept them as straightforward as possible.

Ordering from us

When you submit and pay for an order, you are offering to buy the selected baking. Your order is accepted when we confirm it. Products are subject to availability, and limited-stock items may sell out before checkout is completed.

Prices and payment

The price and any delivery charge are shown before you confirm checkout. Available payment methods may include Stripe card or Australian bank payments and manual bank transfer. A manual bank-transfer order is not paid until cleared funds are received, and its stock reservation may expire if payment is delayed.

Promo codes

Promo codes apply only while active and subject to any minimum spend, expiry or use limit shown with the offer. Unless we say otherwise, they discount eligible baking rather than gift cards, have no cash value and cannot reduce an order below zero.

E-gift cards

E-gift cards are emailed after payment is confirmed, expire 3 years from the purchase date and show their expiry date on the digital card. They can be used over multiple orders until their balance is exhausted or they expire. They can pay for eligible baking and delivery but cannot be used to buy another gift card or exchanged for cash, except where the law requires otherwise. The purchaser is responsible for entering the correct recipient email. Please keep the code private because it works like cash, and contact us promptly if a delivery email does not arrive.

Accounts and loyalty points

You can sign in and shop immediately after signup. Eligible paid orders earn points only once marked Completed. Until email verification, points are provisional and cannot be redeemed. Verify within 30 days of signup to retain them. If still unverified at that deadline, provisional points expire and earning pauses until verification. Late verification allows new earning but does not restore expired points. Resending a verification link does not restart the 30 days.

Pickup and delivery

Available fulfilment choices are shown at checkout. Please give us accurate pickup, delivery and contact information. Times are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise. We will contact you if an unexpected delay or availability issue affects your order.

Changes, cancellations and problems

Please contact us quickly if you need to change or cancel an order. Because baking may be made or prepared especially for you, a change may not be possible once preparation has started. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. The ACCC explains consumer guarantees in plain language.

Ingredients and allergens

Product descriptions are a helpful guide, but recipes and availability can change. If you have an allergy or dietary requirement, contact us before ordering so we can explain what we can and cannot safely accommodate. Our kitchen may handle common allergens, so we cannot promise an allergen-free environment unless we expressly confirm that in writing.
